Yesterday I went to Cheyenne with a new friend. The Navy Ball is this weekend and I had NOTHING to wear, so I went shopping to see what I could find.
My new friend kept me company and was a joy to be with! The kids had a good time running through the clothes racks, Grand Duchess did well for the most part & we had some yummy burritos from QDoba. Mmm! Mmm!
First we went to JC Penney (because that's where the dress was and I have a JCP card). After buying my dress, we went to lunch and then off to Once Upon a Child which was closed for inventory - of all days. Bummer. So since I couldn't go looking for some pants and tops for Grand Duchess, we went to Hobby Lobby where I picked up some great fabrics and yummy yarn and New Friend got some cool home decor stuff!
We got home in time to find our own consignment store locked (weird) and with just enough time to pick up the kids from school!
I'm so glad I found this new friend. She's super nice and I hope that everyone here is able to find out how truly awesome she is!
