I'm BA-ACK!!!

This morning I woke up a different person. Well, I'm the same PERSON - still me. But I woke up with a different mentality. It's all about ATTITUDE (and a little caffiene helps, too).

I read my lesson for Sunday - all about Exaultation, it's going to be great! (The lesson, not exaultation. Well, that will be great, too!)
Then I jumped out of bed and got into my exercise clothes - something I haven't done in months.
I got the kids up, Grand Duchess dressed, everyone fed and out the door to school. Then I jumped onto the treadmill for a 24 minute walk/jog. It felt great running in the freezing sunroom! I overheat WAY to easily and sweat something fierce when I do. So jogging in that degree (about 24*) was perfect for me!
I came inside, dropped to the floor and did a bunch of push-ups and crunches. Then I did some leg/butt exercises and worked my triceps and biceps a little. I just needed a full body pick me up this morning!
After that I called my mother.
I love her. I started out in tears - trying to work through some issues that have been plaguing me that only she can help me laugh about - but it ended in happy tones and lots of I love You's! I wish I lived closer.
After that I started cleaning and organizing.
Did laundry and the kitchen (aside from that large pile of dishes on the counter because I'm washing whites - it looks pretty good). And I'm not meaning wiping down the counters-clean. I'm talking scrubbing the fronts of cabinets, putting away stuff into their proper places (read: those pesky boxes that got piled onto the fridge and into corners). It's looking pretty good!
The Christmas totes are back downstairs along with pictures and art that won't grace our walls in this house.
Yep - I've had to run up and down the basement stairs more than a few times this morning and I'm feeling GREAT!
I made birdseed feeders with Thor and Grand Duchess out of peanut butter, bird seed and pinecones and hung them outside in the trees.
I'm looking forward to our drive to the Fort with the kids tonight to see the Christmas lights.
I have tons more energy today and so...
time to change the laundry and get back to it!
Carry on, Friends!
