Poor, sick baby

We have been blessed in our family greatly with constant good health with small bouts of barf or coughs in between.
But today my baby is sick.
I went to vacuum the carpet and her brush won't spin.
After calling Dyson Tech Support and going through the troubleshooting steps, She needs to be seen by a Dyson doctor.
Luckily we have insurance on her still (known as a warranty).
Please, pray for a quick, full recovery.

Argh. You panicked me! Regardless, hope Miss Dyson gets feeling better soon.

Thanks for the giggle, though I'm sure it's no laughing matter. I don't love it when my vacuum is sick. Usually I can operate on her myself and bring her back. (Lucky you to have a Dyson!)

Nat!! I seriously JUST got through my own Dyson illness and almost posted about it too. My brush wouldn't spin and the vacuum would make a really loud cranking noise. Our Dyson is no longer under warranty, so I had to fix it myself. Thanks to Amazon and Youtube, though, I got the part and installed a new clutch. Everything's good now--thank goodness. I CANNOT live without my Dyson. Good luck!
