Yesterday was Thor's first birthday. He looks a little goofy because he only has 3 teeth. But, oh, that goofy smile just warms me from top to bottom!
We celebrated, of course. Cake, ice cream & presents. And for me, it wasn't celebrating his first birthday but for the fact that I survived a whole year with 4 kids. I didn't think I would make it, really. There have been some times that one or more of my children have faced imminent death. But I withheld myself. And we all survived. And we are all happy.
