Tuesday Ten!

I am borrowing this idea from Pezlady. So here I go.

Today's Tuesday Ten is listing ten things I like about today.

1. It's garbage day, which means all those stinky diapers & close-to-overflowing trash will be removed from the premises.
2. I don't have to clean for Anne today. And since I thought I was going to have to do it last night, I got all of my laundry & cleaning done yesterday - for the most part.
3. I get to take a shower! And that is reason enough to throw a party!
4. I think I'm going to paint my bedroom today or maybe I'll buy some Venetian plaster to finish the walls in the dining room. But I WILL tackle some home improvement project today.
5. Since I won't be cleaning for 3 hours at Anne's house, I should probably exercise. I'm not really liking that today - but once I am finished, I feel great and am glad that I did it!
6. Mr. Fantastic has basketball practice tonight & as much as I DON'T like taking all the munchkins to the gym to watch him dribble, I DO like watching him dribble! He tries hard despite the fact that he can't understand a word the coaches say.
7. House is on TV tonight. Enough said.
8. I'm going to sew the first block to my quilt! It's cut and ready to go, and it's a bit complicated but is going to look AWE-SOME!!!
9. It's supposed to be in the 50's today - so the munchkins can play outside while I sew inside (or plaster, or paint, or clean)...
10. I get to spend the morning with Popeye, which is a rarity because of our schedules, and he's encouraging me to get on the treadmill.
So that said, I am going to go burn some calories & hopefully get those inches off!!!

And tomorrow I will blog about my Major Award! (And it just might be shaped like a glowing-stripper-leg-lamp...)
