Am I the only one with a love for post-it notes?
I love the versatility of them! For example:
~One can make a cleaning list, per room, and stick them in each room & cross off the items as they're completed.
~They make great reminder notes to get gas, grocery items, or make phone calls.
~When used creatively, they can be a magic shield from the "Evil Monster".
~They also make great journalling notes for scrapbooks.
~One can jot down neat things to blog about and not forget.
Now - I KNOW there are more uses for post-it notes. I want to touch base on the last one on my list.
I need more post-it notes. The kids used all of mine and I had some SERIOUSLY great blog post ideas. One of which was in the shower at 4 a.m. this morning (which I realize a post-it doesn't really serve its purpose in the shower, what with the water and all), but I've had some pretty interesting insights lately. And darn it - no post-it notes anywhere!
Unfortunately for all you readers, you get stuck with my pregnancy brain and posts about the importance of post-it notes. Oh how I wish I could remember what I REALLY wanted to post about.
Bummer.
Ah well, it'll be a busy week for me - so hopefully I'll be able to check in periodically and stay sane...

So that is my favorite post of yours... why you ask? Cause every time I am at Wal-Mart or Target especially I see the cutest post it notes... but then I think, I don't use post it notes... what do I need post it notes for... you have just given me plenty of reasons to now fuel my shopping addiction... and one reason to not forget to clean (drat! I hope my husband doesn't read this!)
And I hate it when I forget what I wanted to say... sometimes I'll wake up to go pee and I'll lay back down and can't get back to sleep... my mind starts to wander, I come up with an awesome, deep, profound, moving, hilarious topic to blog about... in fact I'll already have a witty title in my mind... and I think man I better go do this now, or write in down or I will forget, but then I think, if I do this now I will never get back to sleep (what with being a tylenol pm, melatonin, ambien addicted insomniac... ok so I've only have ambien once, but I can't recall going to sleep in the past 5 years without the help of a sleep aid...) so I convince myself to stay there and sleep will eventually come... then bam I fall asleep and the thought is lost never to be found again. It's a sad day for all humanity really, I mean they are the ones that must suffer without our wittiness! So is popeye going to be deployed soon?
