While my other to-do list is just about complete, I find myself adding onto it with Tuesday fast approaching.
I'm a little torqued that I just spent 3 hours cleaning and not one of my family members helped. As if it's SO EASY for me to bend over and pick up the trail left behind each of them... Whatever.
Back to my list.
Today I want to finish more laundry. I've already stripped the beds and washed the sheets - so that's taken care of. Now to make them because I have a sinking suspicion that Popeye won't cover that.
I also did all the music for Relief Society through the month of March. That's good, too.
I have started my February menu and will go grocery shopping as soon as I'm done posting this.
I am halfway packed for the hospital - some of the items require being left out so I can use them. No one likes furry teeth.
I've cleaned my bedroom (which always gets put on the back burner). I dusted and vacuumed under the bed and put away EVERYTHING. It looks so bright and airy in there now.
I cleaned the living room, sorted through more clothes, cleaned the dining room, dusted all surfaces and picture frames, vacuumed under everything, yadda yadda yadda...
You get the picture.
I've broken up a couple of fights and put kids in time out.
I made lunch (Top Ramen with veggies in it).
When I get home from the store I'll put away the groceries and then clean the kitchen - maybe take a nap, though. We'll see how I'm feeling.
Tonight my girlfriend is coming over to do my feet one last time before Duchess is born. What should we watch? I'd love for her to watch 'Dear Frankie' but for some reason my pirated copy of the movie isn't showing on the tv screen. So we'll have to come up with something else.
I'm sure there's more that I need to do before Tuesday - but I've done so much of it already.
Got Duchess' bed situated, the carseat cleaned, bottles and binkies washed, clothes washed and put away, blanket finished, and thank you cards completed. Now to grill Princess Monkey Eyes (again) on behavior with her new roommate.
There will be no climbing in bed with her. No waking her up from her naps. No trying to get her out if she's crying. No screaming for Daddy because you don't want to go to bed yet. No throwing toys in her bed because you think she wants to play with them. Only looking through the bars and staying quiet. That's it.
Well, I've rambled enough. I guess I should go to the store so that we have food for dinner tonight and food for the rest of the week.
I'll post pics as soon as the baby's here & probably post one more time before I head to the hospital.

Reading your post gets me all excited for you guys and gets all of my memory juices flowing of the *final* days before baby's arrival...what a special time! I giggled reading about your conversations with Princess ME, you DO know that you are giving her LOADS of ideas for what she and the baby can be doing, right? LOL. I was the third of THREE girls...and also the nominated *baby doll* to my older sisters...and yeah, they did ALL of the things that you listed for Princess ME NOT to do...so good luck sweety! I bet she is so excited and ready to bring home her new little sister! Have fun shopping!
You are making me tired!! LOL. I wish I had that much energy to start out with!
geesh...I didn't get much done today. Oh well, I had fun with my kiddos all day. Good job!
LOL at your instructions for Princess ME! That sounds strangely familiar ... my girls have had similar lectures on how to behave toward their new cousin.
