I just got a new cell phone. It's purple. Popeye got one. It's navy blue. We are both enjoying them immensely.
Popeye has been out of town the last few nights training for work. He informed me that he bought a few ringtones for his phone. He got home this evening and proceeded to let me listen to the ones he bought and who he assigned them for.
1. "From this moment" by Shania Twain: assigned to my cell phone
2. Some guy saying that there's a hot babe on the other end and to answer it now or he will: assigned to home
3. "Anchors Aweigh": assigned to the general public
4. "Run to the hills" by Iron Maiden: assigned to Sgt. #1
5. "Calling all cars" by some police voice: assigned to a few trooper buddies
(and my favorite is...)
6. "Give you hell" by All-American Rejects: assigned to Sgt. #2
So here's my question. Do you have specific ringtones for people on your cell phone? If you DO have special ringtones, what are they and who are they assigned to? Did you find them for free or did you pay for them? Just some questions that were on my mind...
(And I only have one that I bought: "I'm yours" by Jason Mraz: assigned to Popeye - of course!)

ah...to have a cell phone again! We cut ours off to cut costs in our house, that was the first thing to go. Maybe someday we'll get one again...maybe a Blackberry...
When my ex-husband calls, the ring tone is "All My Exes Live In Texas," which used to actually be true.
When a close friend or a sister calls, it's Hedwig's Theme from Harry Potter (no particular reason, I just like it).
Anyone else calls, and it's LSU's fight song.
I could never think of a good one for DH.
I don't have any as yet but I am really anxious to get my new phone so that I can put them on. My hubby (the tight wod! (he has MANY other redeeming qualities that compensate so allowences must be made)said that he would let me get a few. I don't know of anywhere you can get them for free but if anyone else does I would sure like to know!
I don't have any on my cell-phone, but my sister has a great one for when my mom calls. I don't know the name of the song, but it's something obnoxious (kind of how she sees my mom). I think it's funny.:O)
I have two ringtones: one for Jason (him saying, 'What's cooking, good looking?') and one for the rest of the world (the girls alternately calling, 'Mommy, your phone is ringing!'). I always get comments for both rings, and have had to teach my friends how to record their children's voices in like manner!
