Needing serious creative help

You ever feel like you're just stuck?

I've got a card swap coming up this week. I've known about it for two months now. And I've thought about what kind of card I might make for a lot of those two months. But I just can't seem to wrap my brain around an idea and stick with it.

The theme is "Thank you" but with fall colors/motif. Hmmm. I've copied a bunch of ideas off of random galleries online - to no avail. They all seem to have something that I love about them, but I just don't think I can pull this together. I mean, I HAVE to pull it together - but I don't want to present some mediocre card when some (most) of them are pretty spectacular.

So any ideas to help get my creative juices flowin'? I've got loads of paper. Some fall colored fabric, a few stamps (I'm more a computer generated junkie rather than stamper)... you know, the basics. I'm hoping that by blogging about this tonight it will help me to find that spark and maybe, just maybe it will take fire!

What I need is a crop night. I need to get back to my scrapbooking roots with my girlies and do an all-nighter like I used to do. We would get together at 5pm on Friday night and go until 5pm on Saturday. I was the one known to stay up until 3am scrapping, sleep until 6 and then continue through the day. I'd get a good 20 layouts done on those weekends.

So once all this holiday stuff dies down, maybe I'll host a crop at my house. I'll put in the leaves for the table, invite over some girlies and scrap to my heart's content!

But seriously folks, back to what I'm needing NOW. I need ideas! HELP ME!!!! Do you have any thank you cards that were given to you or you've made that I could get some ideas off of?
Maybe I should just scrapbook tonight and focus more on the cards tomorrow. Maybe that will help get me going...
